Services and Fees
I am currently offering online, phone, and limited in-person appointments.
Psychotherapy services provided by RPs are now HST exempt. All rates shown are the total fees.
Acute Session - 35min | $130
This shorter 35-minute session is appropriate for folks wanting a quick check-in appointment. It is not recommended for new clients.
Standard Session - 50min | $155
The standard session time will be utilised to address any client concerns or goals. Each session can look different depending on what the client needs the most.
Comprehensive Session - 80min | $200
A longer session time can be helpful for clients who need more time to unpack and process their emotions and experiences.
Individual Clinical Supervision - 50min | $155
Supervision conversations are purposeful and intentional. We can address client cases, private practice questions, skill development, and etc.
Dyadic Clinical Supervision - 50min | $90/supervisee
This collaborative model involves two supervisees and one clinical supervisor. This allows for shared learning opportunities and a more cost-effective option. To promote equity, we will set an agenda at the beginning of each meeting and aim to dedicate 50% of the time to each supervisee.
I will check-in with you at the beginning of each session and throughout every conversation to ensure that we are on track with what is important to you.
PAYMENTS
Payment must be made directly after each session. I accept payments by credit card or same-day e-Transfers payable to contact@agneskimtherapy.com.
COVERAGE
At the moment, psychotherapy is not covered under OHIP. Some private insurance plans may cover psychotherapy services from a Registered Psychotherapist (RP). I provide invoices that you can claim for reimbursement.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I require that you give me at least 48-hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
- Cancellations made between 48 hours and 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time will be subject to 50% of the session fee
- Missed appointments and cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time will be subject to the full session fee
